Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates refuses to give me paid up letter for my ABSA account

Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates offered me a settlement amount for the money I owed ABSA for the credit card. I paid the settlement amount in June 2023 and emailed them proof of payment but I never received a paid up letter. Both the original owed amount and settlement letter still reflect on my credit Bureau report. When I followed up I was told the letter was emailed to me in June 2023 which I never received. I have been trying to get my account completion letter from you guys for a year now but to no success. I've been asking that Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates forwards the same email they claim to have sent me last year but I have been put from pillar to post. No email at all. I need help with clearing my ABSA account from the credit report and Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates to send me the paid up letter
