My MTN account has been been settled months ago but im still receiving calls from Shapiro Shaik Defries And Associates at 7am, using a cellphone number, wanting me to confirm my ID number. My MTN rep has made numerous attempts to get ahold of them but they refuse to talk. On credit bureau im still blacklisted and the call centre people at Shapiro Shaik Defries And Associates say they cant help me.
