SHAPIRO SHAIK DEFIES AND ASS ARE A ****

I have been speaking with a guy call Aubrey Khadi from Shapiro shaik defies and Ass. For months trying to get my account paid up, I was told it was moved to a collection company call ITC collections based in CPT and when I called them, they too said my account was closed and referred me back to SSDA.

Than called them back and spoke to Aubrey to give me a letter stating that it was closed as they had not called to collect for more than 3years, which should have been closed at that time(not that I'm excusing myself from paying my bills).

Aubrey came back saying that the is still active, forgetting what he had previously said to me(all documented on email from me to him vice versa.

I was tired of going back and forth with them, I paid it off and asked a paid up letter and requested that they remove their name from my credit report(paid in July 2021) but to date they have not done so.

I emailed Aubrey and called him several times and still no answer.

These guys are ****s
