Shapiro shaik biggest ****** ever

I had no notification from discovery of an outstanding payment and then I got a call from the collectors saying I owe discovery. So I asked Shapiro to please send me a statement to say why I owe this money as I was never notified,they then said the interest won't go up until this matter is sorted but every week I get a call from them after paying discovery the full amount reason being I was getting no joy from Shapiro and now Shapiro keeps putting the interest up and says that they will carry on coding it until I pay them and the interest is double the amount I owed.they are ****** and never call me back to sort this,issue out
