Shapiro Debit collectors with **** tactics
Your agents keep on calling me non stop to get my ID number for Cellc account. When I call Cell c they claim my account was never handed over to any collectors. So why are your agents harassing me? . Because the account was settled so what are they even contacting me for or you are just a **** company?
