Settlement letter pending

After being unemployed from 2018 and finally being employed in 2021 my TFG account was handed over to Shapiro. Their endless daily calls from rude agents who do not listen to customers or nothing a customer has to say. U have now settled my account in the month of June right after i received a billed call again to say i am still owing R13 in the account. I was in the mall to i went to settle that R13. Till now its been a back and fourth with Josine Risibe with no luck of receiving a settlement letter. When i go to the shop the advise that i must call Shapiro. On emailz Shapiro say they are waiting for TFG.. WORST DEBT COLLECTOR EVER!!!! DOES NOT THINK OF CUSTOMERS ONLY FOR THEIR BUSINESS!
