Settlement letter

This company is a **** that **** people from their hard owned cash. My retail debt was handled by this company,I paid my account in full then I was told I had to get a settlement letter from this company before I can close my account.i have been waiting for my settlement letter for over 6 months because everytime I contact them they say they are waiting for the letter from the retail store. If the settlement letter was from the retail store I would have been able to close the account..I despise this company
