SETTLEMENT LETTER AND CLEARANCE

Following my complaint that I posted in the morning.. I then decided to come to their offices and I am still getting a run around.. I have been here for 30 minutes already...... What the ****!!!!!!!!! is this a ******** law firm or what...... EVERY ONE IS JUST IGNORING THE FACT THAT THERE'S A CLIENT AT THE RECEPTION.. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN EXPERIENCED SUCH NONSENSE
