Settlement Letter and account clearance from credit bariau

Hi.. I was offered a settlement offer for the tenacity(Ackermans account) my last payment to settle went off on the 23 Jan 2022. I called ssada then I was told only after 41 working days I will receive a settlement letter and the tenacity account will be cleared/removed from my credit history. I am been taken from pillar to post all the consultants are telling me they have escalated.. I need this cleared ASAP...i am sick of your back and forth.. U did not hesitate to call me and remind about my debts.. I did my part and now I am running after you guys.. Please I want this sorted before end of day. ***.. ***.. ***... I am waiting..
