Settled Account

So i settled my Foschini account last month, waited patiently for a paid up letter thought, well was told to wait until the 25 of April, i call in today im being told of an Additional R108 that i must pay. secondly im the one that has been calling for he my balance they have the audicity to charge, still waiting for a statement till now, and i have proof of the balance that i was told to pay in March. This Company service is poor .
