For a lawyer firm they are pathetic regarding phone calls. Don't answer. Don't talk on their own phone calls. Don't reply to emails. Second guessing if they even read emails. They want to collect money but waist money on uncommunicated phone calls. Now I can understand why they are spammed by phone call apps. Useless.......
