****med Paid Up Letter

SSDA offered me an 80% settlement offer for my Woolworths account in November 2022. I settled the account for R808 & was promised to get the paid up letter within 21 days.

I noticed that they are ********, because everytime I call them, I am promises to get the letter by close off business that day, or it's either they request my email address to have my letter requested from the relevant department.

I have not yet received my letter after 40 days.

SSDA are ******** and doubt threy bought the account from Woolworths.
