****med

Hello Peter please help us to and stop this company from operating their ****, they are ********** from their so called managers to a switch board operator. I was offered a settlement amount of R45411 by Govert Khobe which was emailed to me. I couldn't pay on the set date of the 30th of November I then called them again requesting for another date and a settlement amount if it's available I was told to call 7days before the projected date of payment while I was still waiting for my 7 days I then got a call from one of their consultant by the name of Chippo who offered me the same amount a letter was again sent to me, due to be paid on the 13 December. She went on to advise me to make a direct eft of R43411 and the balance of R2000 was to be paid through debit order. I honoured the arrangement paid the R43411 and the R2000 was a debit order. I sent my proof of payments to her but to my surprised on the day of payment she called me in the morning saying the debit order payment takes time to reflect I should reverse it and make an eft payment. I didn't agree to what she was saying coz I asked her why did she advised me to pay a difference where I could have just made a full eft amount, reversing a debit order will cost me but her response didn't sound like it's from a person who cares and own up her mistakes. I now wonder why did she call me in the morning of the 13th to ask if I have already made the payment it's as if I was going to be ****med more. Then when I requested a clearance letter I got the shock of my life when I got a call from Sarah Mandima who told me that I paid R2000 less. Her explanation was that the R2000 debit order was for the normal monthly payments and that I should take into account the fact that it's December and debit order payments get processed earlier. I disputed her explanation telling her that it's not true when a settlement amount is offered debit order payment would be put on hold and in my case I made the arrangements way on time. She then went on to say she can't issue me a clearance letter as the amount is short when I told her that she's actually the one who sent me the second settlement letter. She responded by saying she was told by Chippo to send me the letter. She said Chippo reports to her but she's the one who got instructions from Chippo to send me a confirmation. They are now refusing to issue a clearance letter. I asked them how can I pay something that is not on the letter Sarah said I must was for Chippo and Govert to come back from their vacation leave. I told her I am I'm urgent need of the letter and I cannot wait for people that are on leave she must use the voice recordings to confirm the information that was communicated to me. She said she has done everything the matter will be investigated, investigating the two Govert and Chippo excluding herself but she's the one who sent me a second settlement letter. I requested to speak to her manager she gave me the details of a person who just responded to my emails by saying they are investigating the matter without indicating any turnaround time of how long will their investigations take. I then responded to the manager Mitchell Samuel to request for a settlement letter that will reflect the correct amount of R47411 up to date the letter was not sent to me but they expect me to make a top up payment of R2000 because I was offered a wrong percentage by their staff members including a team leader. I just need my clearance letter any records to be updated at credit bureau. I was made to believe that if I pay R45411 my account would be settled off which i used my salary to settle this account. Now I am getting new information from these ********** I have the letters confirming the amount to be paid. Why are the companies using this company that is trying by all means rob people.
