I paid my Edgar's account in full in June 2020. I then called to get my paid up letter. I was 1st advised that I would get this paid up letter within 30 days after the account was paid so I waited. Then I called back no one could give me my paid up letter but my account has been paid. I then got feedback stating that the paid up letter would be issued within 41 days after the account has been paid and that edcon need to clear the account because edcon issues the letter they just request the letter so I contacted edcon who stated that my account has been handed over and the collections agency is to issue my letter. I have thousands of communications via email and facebook stating that they confirm my account has been paid however they are awaiting for my letter as soon as they get it I will then get my paid up letter . It's been 4 months after requesting this letter and no one issued my letter .I am now consulting legal advice and I am taking legal actions for them not clearing my record at the ITC even though my account has been paid. And for all the times I wasted money and time contacting them for my paid up letter which they gave me the run around for. This is the worst business ever .I am also reaching out to social media
