**** and bad service

I paid off my cell c account one of your urgent still calls and say i owe cell c account, i have sent proof of payment and still i haven't received my paid up letter. So dissatisfied, this company is a ****, not to mention the way you add money on my debt everyday. Your urgent said i must contact cell c for paid up letter and cell c said i must contact you. Wow
