My Discovery account was handed over to them and the contacted me in March and I made arrangements to pay R1k every month for 5 months to cover the debt. I have sticked to the arrangement paying R1k from March to July...Mistake I made was to use an incorrect reference number on the 1st few payments and I have been sending proof of payments to them with no luck...They keep on sending me sms that I am still owing. In Oct, i sent an email to the resolution department and they provided Case CMQ***5 and later was said to be resolved after they requested proof of payments again...I have emailed them a few times after requesting a paid-up letter which was never provided...This morning I received a text saying my account is in arears. CAN SOMEONE WITH WORKING BRAINS RESOLVE THIS PLEASE
