*********** rude staff

Never in my lifetime have I ever had to deal with such *********** people. They call you and then refuse to give you details of their call and instead put the phone down on you. This happens all the time. When I call back the switch lady is just as rude when I asked to speak to a manager. She tells you that that will never happen. People wonder why nothing gets done in companies it's because the owners have no cooking clue what is happening in their business. So my advise is that if anyone gets a call from these *********** people drop the call and just say you have the wrong number. Let these calls cost the owners money and see if they are happy to deal with the public having the same attitude. So until a senior manager calls me I'm not interested in assisting you any longer.
