Rude agents with different story every time you call them

This is the worse company ever, i've been calling them requesting a paid up letter for the past 2 weeks now, the agents are RUDE, every time i call i speak to someone new and they tell me a different story from the last person i spoke to, no one takes accountability, i ask to speak to manager, they put me on hold till my airtime runs out. To this date i still don't have a paid up letter, and this is after i paid the account!!
