Robbing people

SSDA is Robbing me my money, from the 17 April I've asking them about my refund ist stories after stories. Now they can't even send me my statement so that I can see what's happening on my account it's stories after stories.

When I wrote a review about them last month Belinda responded within a Day but when I send her emails she doesn't respond. I spoke to Zamile last week I said I needed to speak to her supervisor Bontle she said she will pass the message to her I asked her if she won't take my details to give to Bontle so that she can give me a call but she said she already has my details but on Monday when I phoned she asked for my details when I ask her why now she wants my details she couldn't even answer me.

They're supposed to refund me but now they're telling me stories that their finance department paid the money to the client that I was owing but I have received a paid up letter from their client they are not saying anything about an overpayment.. I'm so angry
