Robbing!
<p>I was paying off my MTN account through them and when I asked MTN when will my account be paid, they said it is already paid off. Once I called Shapiro asking them for a letter to send MTN they refused and said I still owe them money. Now they are harrassing me to pay after MTN has advised me I can not cancel my contract or upgrade unless Shapiro sends me that letter! Such *******! How dare you!</p>
