REQUEST FOR PAID UP LETTER

I was only sent a statement by your team that confirms that my Cell C account was settled, however Experian has requested for a paid up letter to assist with removing my cell c account from adverse records on my credit report. Please urgently assist. This is blocking number of things I need to be sorting out. It been 4 months already.
