Remove my name from Credit bureau

I recently became aware that my name has been listed on my credit profile by your company in relation to an account that I do not recognise.

I formally disputed this alleged debt via email and any listing associated with it. tomdate I have not heard from your company whatsoever. I have never been contacted by your offices regarding this matter, nor have I acknowledged liability for the account or entered into any payment arrangement with your company.

Furthermore, I have noticed that a payment may have been made on the account; however, I confirm that this payment was not made or authorised by me.

In light of the above, I request the following:

Full proof of the alleged debt, including the original agreement and account statements.

Proof that the debt legally belongs to me.

Proof of any consent or acknowledgment allegedly made by me.

Immediate removal of the adverse credit listing while the matter is under dispute.

Should you fail to provide sufficient proof that this debt belongs to me, I request that the listing be removed immediately from all credit bureaus.

Please treat this matter as urgent. I reserve all my rights under the National Credit Act and POPIA.
