REMOVE FROM LISTING AND ALSO I NEED TO KNOW WAS IT MADE LIKE I HAVE RECENTLY OPENED IT I NEED AN EXPLANATION

i have an acc for over 10 years now they keep renewing this acc like i recently opened it an they have blocked me from opening other acc i called them to ask if i can settle it so they can clear my name because am stuck unable to open accounts that are necessary they keep saying they will call me back but there has been no call back why would and acc thats over 10 years be reopened
