Refuse to explain their interest & fees

I am extremely un-happy with the the way this company has been handling my account. I have been trying to make an arrangement to pay this account since January BUT......<br> <br> 1. They REFUSE to send me Terms and Conditions in writing and a breakdown of the payments and interest incurred and that will be incurred. <br> <br> 2. They are charging me interest on my debt 1,29% per month, 15% per annum but none of their consultant can explain how the debt has doubled in in 3 months! Form R1,900 to R3,100! <br> <br> 3. I have sent an email & advised their consultants on various occasions that I CANNOT answer my phone during the day, but they insist on calling me and charging me for the calls! <br> <br> They refuse to explain...<br> <br> 1. How has the debt doubled in 3 months? <br> 2. Why their consultants insist on calling at hours I have advised I cannot talk on the phone due to working conditions, they then advise that they are charging me for your these calls! <br> 3. Why can they not send me Terms & Conditions and and explanation of interest & fees in writing?<br> <br> I have lodged a complaint with the NCR as well
