Refunds

Hello peter My account was handed to ssda debt collectors they called me to pay my account and we agreed that ssda will debit R2540 once off on the 27 march 2024 it was debited the problem is they debit again the following month n when i call them asking for refunds they said they will refund me after 41 days but they did not refunds my money.
