Refund

I am so unhappy with your service I've been sent from pillar to post in regards to my refund. I have settled my account with them last month and this month they redebited my account told me about a debicheck that was not canceled Called them several times sent all the documents requested, received a ticket number 835273 from Mmakgotso Ngange whom doesn't respond to my emails anymore, so I don't know what to do anymore cause when I call they are sending me from pillar to post
