Refund
Requested a refund on the 24th of February 2023 and still have not received my money back, apart from the staff being completely rude and disrespectful over the phone, i have settled my account but the debit order still went off, when u miss a payment their quick to call but now that they have to refund, they tell you it will take 20 working days what bull is that,

It has now been 13 days since my refund request, point is you debt collectors can hassle people a day after debits doesn't go through but now that you need to refund all of a sudden, it's a different ball game.

09 Mar 2023, 13:47I Actually called your office yesterday, very nice guy that assisted me, he said that my refund has only been escalated to your finance department on Friday which was the 3rd of March 2023 but I logged the request and sent all documents requested by your company on the 24th of February 2023, then he also went on to tell me unfortunately the refund process takes up to 21-40 working days and I'm supposed to be ok with this ?

10 Mar 2023, 08:28you know what, I haven't received an email but thats ok, I don't see me wining this, 41 days is a lot for people screaming down your neck when u missed a payment 2 days after debits doesn't go through, u expect the payments same day if not the next but now I have to wait 41 working days how is that fair? anyway, I'll probably have to wait my 2 months for my refund, this is just sad, how many people do you do this to, that can't afford to wait or now have to make a loan to cover whatever that money was supposed to go for? very bad service, I think cell c should look into this as in no way does this make sense.

It has now been how long ? and I have still not received my refund, sent an email to Chantell Roche Rusty 30th of March with no response, ive been at this since February 24th, can someone please respond, when calling in they keep saying the account has been settled but no refund yet. The lady I just spoke to now says that its been sent back to Cell C after its been confirmed via email ill receive the refund in up to 41 days... whats going on ?
