REFUND AND PAID UP LETTER

This company is sickening, where can one report iy cause wooow!! Until to date I'm still waiting for my refund since from the 25th of November, when I call them they are telling me about 9 days, 21 days waiting but it's pass that now I'm still waiting..even for a paid up letter haven't received until to date, this company is useless i don't wanna lie, they are so quick to call you about the money but to fix things it little more stories to the other.
