REFUND

i had made payment to filful the outstanding amount , with the amount being paid i had over paid the account. i am still awaiting for my refund to take place . i had submitted all my documents as they had requested and still no refund , i had to contact them again to follow up on the receipt of my documentation they had then informed me that no one had sent my paper work to the finance department to do the refund. i called in again today after a numerus amount of calls to request for the manager to give me a call and still no one has contacted me ! no one knows what is going on there they are quick to hunt you down for money but yet for them to refund your money you must put up a fight ! absolutely shocking for an attorney company
