Prescribed debt

I have tried to make contact with the company on all of their platform's, Facebook, Whatsapp, calls and email. The company has refused to close the account for a dispute logged in May already. Their consultants service is appalling, I have never experienced such in my life. They blunty ignore you on whatsapp while they are online. They **** and told me they are waiting for their client to confirm prescription of the account, and if they have not rep**** in 20 days, they will close the account. This is since May, and they are not bothered about my credit record that is affected. Its really frustrating to deal with this company, their ignorance is beyond me. I called the client and they confirmed that they advised the account needs to be closed, but 3 months later, I am still in this nightmare.
