I have sent a message via whatsapp to the company now, and as usual, they ask for your details and never respond again. This company os horrible and should shut down. They are just there to destroy you, you will never get any assistance from them. This case has been going on since May, and I am still fighting. The 21 days they ask you to wait has long passed. This is torture. This is ridiculous. I just want this account to be closed
