Poor service
My Homechoice account was handed over to SSDA. I settled the account with SSDA on the 20th of December 2019 and I was promised that I would receive my paid up letter 21 days after successful debit order. The debit order was successful and I am still waiting for a paid up letter. Can I please have my paid up letter and my name removed from ITC.
