Poor service
I spoke to Nonfesekizo Tunce ,the lady was rude and didn't know the product knowledge. I asked her to please update my payments with Credit bureaus so to enable me to get a credit, all she could say was, they don't update payments till I finish my outstanding amounts. please help me to dispute this claim from them
