Poor delayed service
To whom it may concern since friday the 19th of October 2018. I've been trying to get my refund but still nothing. I've sent through all of my necessary documents requested by shapiro and shaik consultants. I don't know how long it takes to do a simple refund. I keep trying to get a hold of the consultant assisting me but she's forever on other calls or not available. Very upset.
