Please train your agents to listen!!!!

I recently called regarding an SMS I received informing me that I owe a certain Medical Aid some money. I called to enquire why and for what I owe money only to be met with an agent that disregarded the question completely. She rattled off an amount after which I told her I asked for WHAT it was, not HOW MUCH.<br> <br> I refuse to negotiate anything with SSDA unless they respond to the mail I sent to info@ssda.<br> <br> According to all my records I have no amounts outstanding anywhere and without proof I will not entertain any correspondence from Attorneys that have countless complaints against them.<br> <br>
