Please send settlement letter as PROMISED!
Please can I get my paid up letter as promised!!!! I paid the money I was handed over for (on a paid up Edgar's account with sneaky fees I didn't even know about) in May already! I called last week and asked for it, was advised the amount had been settled and the account closed. The agent I spoke to asked for my email and I still don't have this letter. Please can this be sent to me asap! I'm not a ******** for having some debt(as mentioned that I didn't even know about) and I made the payment as soon as I found out so can you please stop treating me like one and send me the letter. Thanks

29 Jun 2021, 10:56I've now sent this via Whatsapp and messenger. As advised, I was not even aware of this debt, but I paid is the moment I found out about it. Please can you do the right thing and send me this paid up letter. You guys were really quick to hound me for this debt that I had no idea about and now trying to get this letter is like getting blood out of a stone!
