Plain and simply not doing a good job!
I cancelled my tv license back in 2012 after settling the account and sending through the requested affidavit etc to Nudebt - who was \in charge"of my SABC account back then. After that VVM contacted me to say that I had an arrears account with SABC - to which I rep**** by forwarding the proof that I did indeed pay the account in full and then cancelled the license via Nudebt back in 2012.
