I've received an email from 1 of shapiro and shaik consultants stating that I need to wait 14-40 working days to recieve my refund . This is riduculous. I cannot wait this long please do something. It's a simple procedure . I don't understand what can be such a big delay with refunding me all my documents have been sent throug as well
