Pestering calls even after being told its a wrong number

Ive been receiving unsolicited calls from this company claiming to be looking for Ms. A Rungqa even after I've told them more than a million times that its a wrong number. I am not related to anyone by that surname nor do i know anyone by the surname. Im not asking for much but for SSDA TO STOP HARASSING ME. Isn't there an ombudsman where we can lay complaints because telling the consultants doesn't help
