Payment required without formal document

Very RUDE and disrespectful. Been called by them 10 times a day and when I answered I was apparently handed over by Discovery but have not received a formal document stating the amount and when I spoke to the first gentleman it was one amount and then when I phoned back another gentleman gave a higher amount and not Shapiro nor Discovery can give me a formal document or invoice stating the outstanding amount after a year that I left Discovery!!!!!!
