Payment not allocated since May 2016

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>In May I received a discountedoffer on my Cell C account being handled by Shapiro Shaik Defries Attorneys. I then made a payment of R767 and sent the proof of payment to their info email address. To this day that payment is not allocated to my Cell C account and I am receiving countless calls and messages that I still owe the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can this payment ve allocated and the account closed ASAP</p>
