paying more then promised !!!

I called in today and was advised that I still need to pay R2200.00 on this account, I am really upset to hear that I must continue payment of another R1000,00. HOW ??? my outstanding balance NOW to date must only be R359.08. In this email, I was promised to ONLY still pay R1359.08 and the account will then be settled. I made a payment on the 26 February 2026 for the total of R500,00 and a debit order went off yesterday 26th of March 2026 both from my Capitec account, to stick my arrangements I made on the phone 23 FEbruary 2026, I advise you to urgently go to telephone recordings as it was stipulated in email and over the phone that this will be my last payment. ( there is proof of this ) as your calls are being recorded. I am so sad to think that I'm nearly done with this account ONLY to be told that I must still pay ???? I am a single parent and struggling already to make ends meet.

It is my right to dispute this matter and take it further if this is not resolved immediately.

I need contact with a manager please, this is frustrating.
