Pathetic service and no customer servife
Since November last year they have not submitted a paid up letter to Trans Union. Any idea how this has affected my credit rating!!! Total and utter nonsense.
I have spoken to Petrus, Aubrey and Elvira has sent me an email that could have been written by a 5 year old.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!! OTHERS LIVES ARE AT STAKE HERE.
