Pathetic customer service worst in this Country

I actually litterly told Petrus to go and jump in the lake. Imagine him telling me if I got a payout because of retrenchment I am not unemployed. So I asked him if you get retrenched today you will not be unemoloyed he said it all depends on his work ethics. I was retrenched in 2021 after fighting for my life for 2 months in hospital after getting Covid Delta. My payout was not a lot and that money carried me through the last 12 months. Does not mean because I paid I am suddenly employed again it means that I am an honest person and still tried to pay all my accounts. Shapiro very unprofessional. Dont have hearts and no compassion whatsoever.
