Pathetic company that doesn’t respond to anything !

I’ve been sending emails to Glenda who I was referred to by the consultants to communicate with about my overdue payments and making arrangements. I am in a serious predicament which has hindered me paying in full. I’ve been sending emails without any response. What’s going on? Even when I call the organisation, it just gives me problems. How must one be assisted people? But when I owe money, I get a billion calls. It’s just nonsensical !
