pathetic

they are pathetic. when they want to demand money from you they call you every flippin day , send SMS's and emails. now my account is paid up and I want a settlement letter. i have now requested it four times. now they want to come and tell me I must wait 21 days. I am sorry as soon a s that account was paid up they should have issued a settlement letter. and the joke is those stuff are computer generated. and the 21 days is a lie as they should issue that letter immediately. their staff are arrogant and sarcastic and disrespectful. they want to harass and terrorize you when they collecting money but when the wheel is turned around you must wait 21 days. you may be debt collectors but you are bullies and capitalists. I want my letter today
