Pathetic
Wow, so a debit order went through on the 25th of October. This morning I called requesting a paid up letter, I was advised that it will be given after 41 days ?, what nonsense is that. Paid up letter is 7 to the 21days. Can this be sorted out like right now

Kindly be advised that a zero balance letter was sent to you on the 29th October 2018.
Your paid up letter may only be furnished to you once after 41 working days counting from the last date of the settlement remittance. This is just a security measure implemented to ensure that there are no reversals from our customers.
Cash payment paid up letters are issued immidiatley once the payment reflects.
Your ITC delist will be updated by our client Discovery.
