Paid up letter??? Why the wait why????
So i see i am not the only one strugeling to get a PAID UP LETTER!!!! it has been 4 days since i made full payment!!! Send everything needed!! Since then i couldent reach anyone nobody is responding to my emails nothing!!!
I need a paid up letter ASAP!!!!

You guys are ****ing quick to call and come with warnings and all that stuf but as soon as full payment is made i must call and strugle to get hold of u for 4 days!!!!!!! Only to hear i must wait 21 working days that is unexceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also once the payment has been paid over we then await clients approval for us to sent the paid up letter hence the 21 working days waiting period .
