Paid Up Letter Not Received & ITC not updated
I have paid my account in full and send the proof of payment, and i was promised that my ITC, will be updated within 21 working days and i will receive my paid up letter, still nothing and 21 days has passed. I did call them they told me the ITC department still has to update and send me the letter.
