Paid up letter

Can someone please tell me how long do you wait to receive a paid up letter from SSDA, my account is fully paid and I’ve been calling asking for a paid up letter.

I was told that I will receive it on 06 March 2025, till today nothing. I phoned again now , and was told to wait 72 hours the matter have been escalated

What a terrible service. I am so drained.
